Lawyers, Courts and the common man.

We have settled the issue of collective bargaining and if the hard working people of this state agree with the reforms our Governor has implemented to save this state.

But at best, this is only half the problem.

Did you ever wonder, why do lawyers, judges and the courts seem to run this country and this state, who said they make the rules and decide how the constitution is to be interpreted?? Answer... They did.


So I need to caveat this a bit. I count among my friends a few lawyers. They are good people and like teachers and others they also know that they suffer the stigma the vast majority of their fellow practitioners have set to them.

So to understand the problem we again have to go back to the founding of this nation. The founders knew the dangers of a ruling class, and elite, we'r better then all of you group of power holders. They lived under it. In the courts of the day, if you could not afford an attorney you got to stand in the box of the accused and were not allowed to speak and just waited until the judge and his fellow lawyers passed judgment on you. Our founders wrote a document call the constitution and afforded protections to the common man to have in the court room the same rights as lawyers.

Fast forward to today. We are almost back to the courts of the past, you can defend your self in court but as a Pro Se litigant (that mean representing ones self) you are universally hated by the court staff, Judges and of course lawyers. Why you ask?? Because your not part of the elite ruling class. How dare you stand in their presence and act like an equal!

Ok lets look at this from a different perspective. As business owner you are regulated by people that don't have anything to do with you, they don't belong to your clubs, they don't show up at your conventions (unless invited). Unless your a lawyer or judge. Lawyers regulate other lawyers. It is generally done with a wink and a nod unless it is so over the top that they can't sweep it under the rug. The regulators, Judges, and fellow lawyers are one in the same.

This ruling class with a swing of a gavel can dismantle the will of the people. They have, by their common affiliation with judges and their regulators (being lawyers) make it close to impossible for non lawyers to present their case in court and by their fees being out of reach of the under class it completes the circle.  Then by their  control of the majority of the politician's on the left they are able to influence laws, laws that they write for them self to make money and to control the great masses on unwashed non lawyers.  They stand in judgment of the others by their control of the very system that when set up was to protect the masses from this type of excess.

Until there is reform we the people are not in control of this state or country.

Cost -VS- Benefit Analysis

As all good business men must do I am looking at decisions I have made in my very small part in saving our state from the strong attempt to over throw our duly elected government in the Great State of Wisconsin.

So we need to identify the costs first and then the benefit.

Cost: Time. Since I don't charge for my personal time that is 0.

Cost: Volunteer hours. Same as above but there were a lot.

Cost: Family members that are PO'ed with me. There are several. I figured that there would be some. I hope, in time they will see the benefit of a state saved from spending itself into oblivion will bring them around.

Cost: Friends. There are many that have said they will never talk to me again and I also figured that was going to happen.

Benefit: Save the state from tyranny. The left was stopped from taking this state over, throwing out a duly elected government and likely setting up a communist state in the heartland of America.

Benefit: We saved the state from spending itself into oblivion and making commitments it could never keep. This is a big one. What was lost in the protests and all the hate from the left was the fact that the state on it's former course could NOT pay it's obligation. What came to mind to me was the pension riots of the 20's and 30's. The soldiers that served in WWI were promised a pension for their service and our government was unable to pay up. So there was violence in the street. So what is worse?? Promising something will be at the end of a long road of working, or having someone pay in to that fund a small amount and guaranteeing it??   I would think the latter..

Benefit: Proof that the squeaker wheel doesn't always get the grease. The left drummed, rang cow bells, threatened people, yelled in blow horns in peoples ears, killed dogs, damaged personal property of supporters of freedom and Gov Walker and the list goes on. But the fighting and smart people of this state said by their votes. No we will not be frightened into a corner by you we will fight and win in a non violent way, by voting AGAIN for the governor we want.

Benefit: We saved the value of our vote. This is the most important thing of all. The left by it's endless recalls and it huge fraud machine has attempted to water down the value of the vote. A RIGHT!! Fought for by many since the first shot fired in Lexington. The RIGHT to have a valued say in our DULY ELECTED GOVERNMENT is sacrosanct. Least we forget that the left was dead set on taking it from us.


So there is is the Cost-VS- Benefit. Yes the cost was high. I am saddened by the decisions made by some. Was it work saving our state and soon our republic. I think so.  

Thoughts from the front.

It is almost Memorial Day. Not just a day to cook out, it's a day to remember those that gave their life and those that have served in combat for our country. For our rights.

Still everyday, we see attacks from the left on our Veterans. Ever wonder why?
Let's look at some of their pets and compare them to our vets and our men and women serving.

Teachers: Work 30-35 hours a week, get paid 55K + a year and only have to work 180 days a year. Teachers get yearly raises and it is impossible or nearly impossibly to fire bad ones. Their performance is never to be questioned.

Soldiers: In a combat zone work a min of 15 hours a day and never get a day off. They maybe get a 3% raise a year maybe and many have to use food banks and EBT cards to support their family. In combat their performance is tied to survival, I.E. Perform or die.They maybe get a hot meal once a day and if it rains they still have to go outside. If it's cold, if it's raining steel or gas or lead they still have to go out side. They earn an average of 48K a year.

Soldiers: in a non combat zone work a min of 40 hours a week and do it year round. they get around 30 days off per year and earn around 39K a year. Oh yeah, they have to do the same as above when they deploy and they do. Their opportunities for raises are tied to performance and ability to teach, lead and is outcome based. If they don't perform they are discharged.

Inmates -V- Troops and Vets: Inmates are darlings of the left. All of them regardless of crime are victims of our society. Almost all of them them get Social Security Disability, most of them never worked and still get  SSI. It is applied for them by prison staff. No hoops to jump through, they just get it.

Our troops have to serve time as well. Like inmates it is of their own choosing,  That is where the comparison ends. Our troops see their duty for a larger purpose. They work for their benefits every day and no one applies for their Earned benefits for them. In fact, most never take advantage of them all. If you go to the VA they only give the vet the information they ask for. No one helps them past that.
The vet has to navigate the hoops on their own. No one to do it for them.

Inmates, get placed in jobs once they are discharged, vet's have an unemployment rate around 25%.

Re-callers-V- Troops: Re-callers can kill dogs, damage property, destroy businesses and threaten freedom loving people. They feel that their attempt to overthrow a duly elected government is their right and they should not be held accountable. The slander the government and it's members. and their vote counts.

If our troops were to do any of the above, they can be thrown in the brig and given a dishonorable
discharge. Here's the killer,while our troops are serving, the left does what ever it can to see that our troops vote is not counted. They either mess with the mailing of ballots in a timely manor or challenge them automatically.

So while your grilling out this weekend, enjoying the procession or what ever freedom your enjoying, think about those that are and have given you the chance to do so, and remember we are in a fight for our way of life.

If Wisconsin was engaged in a Civil War..

At the end of the Civil War, the union sought retribution on those that rose up against the duly elected government of the republic. They were hunted down, arrested, tried and most were jailed and or hung for their treasonous actions.

Fast forward to today. The left and their candidate refers to our current recall problem a "Civil War". Yet they were the ones that fired the first shot's. Just like at Fort Sumter. So what should we seek in retribution for their acts.

It is clear that they will be losing in the upcoming June 5th election so we need to think about this. I would start with a lump sum payment for all wasted taxpayer money spent on this uprising, including the damage done to the state buildings that were damaged. Next they should pay any and all overtime paid to the police of any stripe that was paid for working the "protests" and any OT paid to any other state, county and local Government that paid even one red cent to the recall effort. Next they have one year to repay the tax payers of this state for the unnecessary recall election in full.

I am sure that none of this will happen, but if this was a civil war that would be a start. So lets look at the civil war and compare it to this struggle.

Lincoln, like Walker was faced with an insurmountably issue or so it seemed. Bold actions were needed so it was taken. In Lincoln's case he said he would not abolish slavery if he thought it would have saved the union. Walker would not have had to curb public service union bargaining if he could have saved the state in any other way. It is clear to me that both men are great and took on huge problems head on and succeeded and did so with honor and humility.

One other thing that our friends on the left don't seem to get. There is no such thing as a CIVIL WAR!
 War is not civil or civilized. But one thing is true only one side can win and has the righteousness of the people behind it.

Like Lincoln and Walker have.

The recall and hand grenades Lesson 1

In the trenches of WWI in 1915 was the first mass use of hand grenades by British troops. Our dough boys had to be trained to use them for what they were intended for. The first thing they teach you is once the pin is pulled, the grenade is NOT YOUR FRIEND. But your ok until.. you let go of the spoon (handle on the grenade that starts the fuse) Then you have three choices. 1. Throw it at you enemy, 2. Drop it and run or 3.  Hold on to it and let it blow up in your face.

The recall is like this for the left. Unknown to the average recall petition signer, they have pulled the pin and let the spoon fly, by opening up the door to  the voiding of votes cast.

They have DE-valued the process that so many have fought and died for.

 They have opened the door by their temper tantrum.  Putting us on the road to losing the one thing our republic has had at it's heart since it's birth. The consent of the governed.

The United States of America is the only place on earth that before the recall lived with the benefit or mistake of it's elections.  Except in the cases of high crimes, we stood buy our decisions right or wrong. I wonder if those dough boys, as they scampered for their life across no mans land, would have ever, in their wildest dream,  thought someone would make their one vote worthless. Those that backed the recall have.

 You see we voted once. In November of 2010. We thought it counted. Guess we were wrong.

Now back to the grenade. You see the left that pulled the pin, popped the spoon and has no place to run.   The enemy is well entrenched!   So hang on tight!   It is going to blow up in your face!

The blessings of Act 10 in Wisconsin.

It's about the kids.

Based on my research, in 23 school districts that have used the blessings of Act 10, they have realized 558.00 of new found money for 79,475 students. While the 3 largest districts in Wisconsin have refused to make reasonable and prudent concessions to save some 1000+ education jobs.

Remember Governor Walker hates teachers.

Yet under his Act 10 thousands of jobs were saved in school districts that used the blessings provided them by making teachers contribute to their retirement and health insurance. Yet they complain as they cash their very nice paychecks. Still more districts across the state have rejected the WEA trust as the conscripted health insurance and have found less costly plans on the FREE market. There are those two words the left hates so much.


It's about seniority not the kids.

In the districts of Milwaukee, Kenosha and Janesville, the teachers being laid off are not being let go because they are poor teachers but because they have not been their as long as others. So it's not about keeping the best to teach our kids. So the whole teachers argument is not about the kids! If it was they would have welcomed the 558.00 per student.  Their small contributions to their benefits would have realized.

Act 10 didn't end collective bargaining for state employees either. They did it to themselves.

They could have collectively  bargained for raises and wages, but they de-certified their unions. So even if they were to overthrow Governor Walker in the "Recall" it is not really a recall it is an overthrow of a duly elected Government.   If they were to overthrow him they would not have anyone to collectively bargain for them. All they had to do was get 1/3 of the work force and they could have kept the union. But they failed to get even that many to sign little cards to keep their privilege to bargain. (Collective Bargaining is NOT A RIGHT!!) Not only that,  they gave up a chance to bargain for cost of living. Something state employees have not had since the 1970's. Yet they complain they want their "Rights" back. It's their own fault. Now they have no agent for the state to recognize even if they were to reverse the blessings of Act 10.

So Wisconsin, Count your blessings.

Our Checkbook doesn't balance!!!

Lets look at the numbers.

Total income: 14.5 Trillion. 

Total debit: 15.579 Trillion (at the time of this writing).

Difference: 1.079 TRILLION!! That is 12 zeros folks. 1,079000000000000.00

This doesn't, however, tell the whole story. Most people I know would love to spend a thousand on themselves just for the heck of it. Yet under the current regime (Obama),we the people spent $800,000.00 on government employees from the GSA to go to Las Vegas for an all expense paid vacation. Hospitality rooms, contests, and a lot more.

It came out of that never ending pot of money, called government spending. They spent 800K for a good time in Vegas, while real unemployment is at 14.5%. Folks are worried about where they will live and how they will eat. Yet, we the people pay for spending with abandon under the Democrats. 

At least in Wisconsin, we have taken some steps to curb this, the left hates it. That's ok. It's like taking your wife's credit card away when she went hog wild at a sale at Penny's. Well, you get the idea. 

The left acts like it is entitled to our money even though they don't bring any to the table. They are unions, PAC's and committee's. We the people represent the money earned by and paid in by us to be used to pay for the services we use. Not for teachers to have 90 day's of sick leave.

Speaking of teachers and liberal boards of education, let's see how those that rushed to "protect" their teachers and settled their union contract's and failed to use the blessings of Act 10 have done.

In Kenosha WI, 250 teachers will be laid off to fill a  28 million budget shortfall. So teachers that have been there and sucking up benefits will be kept. Not based on their performance,  because they have been there for more time than others. "IT'S FOR THE KIDS!!" NOT!!

Here's one for the ages. The Milwaukee public school system. Pay's it's teachers 55.83 per hour that's a first year teacher. Right out of the box!! But that's not the whole story. When you talk to people about teachers they always say "they went to school, and they have to go to school to keep up to date." True but they don't pay for it. The district pays for it,to the tune of 163,311.00 a year.

This list of things the tax payers in the Milwaukee school district pay for and the savings that could be realized. It would plug the hold in the budget, this along with merit pay. We could save job's.


Make teachers cover their own contributions to pension system $28 Million
Suspend automatic, annual salary increases for one year $5.5 Million
Cancel the 3 percent lump sum raise for teachers $10.4 Million
Make teachers pay 10 percent of their health insurance costs $12.8 Million
Postpone sick day reimbursement payouts for one year $709,036
Ask teachers to cover for absent colleagues without extra pay $1.3 Million
Ask teachers to monitor lunchrooms without extra pay $2 Million
Ask teachers to monitor bus loading without extra pay $90,781
Suspend contributions to health reimbursement accounts $225,684
Suspend reimbursements for college tuition $164,311
Total savings $61 Million.

It's for the kids??

So??? Any wonder why the left is fighting every step of the way as we try to bring sanity to our spending??

It's a Fish Fry everyone!!!

It's Friday, End of the work week, for many of us. The deep fryers are coming out, for some plans are being made to go out to eat tonight. In Wisconsin and the UP of Michigan Fridays are "fish fry night".  A night of good food and drink's and lots of fun.

For some.

You see the real unemployment rate is 14.5% according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Admitted down from 22.5% at the height of the Obama Depression/Great Recession. Still those on the left side of this fight would have you think it was 8.2%. I guess, I can see that figures never lie but liar's do present numbers.

Lets look at this from a more local perspective, In Wisconsin. Our general unemployment is 6.9%-7%. We fell below the national threshold for long term compensation. That's good over all, but not for those that have had their backs turned on them. You see, their elected democrats voted against their hope for a prosperous future. They voted against the mine in the far North of this great state.

Unemployment in Hurley WI is 18.7% . Deep in the hart of fish fry country folks are going without, without all kinds of things.

So today, when you bite into that golden brown, beer battered goodness, remember what the left did to those good people. Because on Monday, many will be begging  their land lord not to throw them out in the street.

Bottom line.... Average income in Hurley 14,000.00 Average mine job income...60,000.00.

I think I'll eat at home tonight.

The lefts vision of the future.

So the question is, how far will the left go to move their ideology forward? To understand what we are to face we need to explore the past.

I will chose the three main ideologies they draw on. First, the communist revolution of 1918 in Russia.
I am sure you know the story, Russia mired in a war, food shortages and an uneducated populace and.. Lenin. Hero of the left. He brings total workers paradise and prosperity to a repressed people and a loaf of bread on every table, right?? Not so much.

What Lenin did was set up "committees" who's main job was to control through fear and intimidation the local non party members. They did this by "reporting" you to the party, and then you, your family and relatives all are sent away in the middle of the night or shot in Gorky park.


Next, we have Adolf Hitler. Yes Hitler was a leftest. National Socialist party ring a bell??
Hitler rose to power by force, taking over the the German congress with his minions. His, too, was a "workers" revolution. In the vi mar republic a loaf of bread cost more than a week's wages. They undermined their own money by printing more and more. So Hitler took over by the use of the labor unions. He used his brown shirts to control the non party members and to be a member of a union you had to be a member of the party.  For that matter, to do anything you had to be a member. If you weren't a member eventually you too went away. We know how that ended.

Next we have the likes of several far leftest's. All did similar things. We can, for our purpose, group them together.

Che, Castro and Chavez.  Took over either by force, or by setting up an election. All are responsible for unspeakable acts of violence against the people they ruled. All heroes of the left.

So what can we take away from this.

1. The left sees violent take over as good. Although they won't admit it, just look at their heroes.

2. They want to emulate their heroes and will use what every means to reach their ends.

So.. What is the means to the Wisconsin Democrats end? Killing family dogs, keying cars that have Walker bumper stickers, doing damage to homes and businesses and threatening kids that support Gov Walker.

Is this the Wisconsin we want?? I think not.

WAKE UP WISCONSIN!! WAKE UP AMERICA!!

29 Judges,223 Gannet workers, Teachers and Cops. Where does the corruption end?

Recently former Senator Randy Hopper was arrested for OWI.   He faced a jury of his peers and was found not guilty. Odd for an OWI arrest that was called in by the public and an arrest carried out by highly trained police officers. Generally, OWI is a slam dunk.  The police have you dead to rights. But why is this case so different?

Because, the cop that made the arrest was a re-caller. The people that called Hopper in were also  re-callers. Randy Hopper's defense was that these county employees that we trust to be professional had made it clear and it was testified to in court that they would get even with Hopper for his vote on Act 10. Well they tried. To be honest, I didn't think Mr. Hopper stood a chance because, as I said OWI is usually a slam dunk. But after the jury had found him innocent, the evidence came out. Yet there is more.

29 judges have been found to have signed recall petitions!  Including the judge that singed an injunction to stop voter ID. 29 judges!!  How deep does the knife of corruption cut?

Teachers that teach our kids are well known re-callers.   Tacking an active roll in the overthrow of a duly elected government. Roll models indeed.

223 Gannett employees that control and report the news have signed the recall petitions.

So how deep does it cut?? It cuts deep, to all the persons that sit in positions of power over the freedom loving people of this great state.  From their recent actions, it the false arrest of Sen Hopper. They are willing to do anything to control the voice of decent.

WAKE UP WISCONSIN!!

So you signed a recall petition but your not a Communist!! Oh Really??

I don't doubt that many of you that signed a petition to recall our duly elected government didn't give it a thought. But in truth, by your actions, you have aligned  yourself with the Communists and have handed them a victory even though Gov Walker likely will not lose the recall election.

So let's look at how you've done this. One of the things the Communists have longed for was a nonviolent way to over throw a portion of the government.  In the US, by using the recall process,  you have given them that. The process was never to be used as a do over. It was set up to redress real grievances.  Not just because you disagree or don't like to pay a small part of your own benefits like the rest of the working people do. Besides, that money goes to your own fund.

The Communists and the labor movement and by it's association with the labor unions along with the Democrat's agenda, are therefore the same as the Communist's. By signing a recall petition you have allowed them the opportunity to get a foot in the door to total government. Right here in the USA. Yes you have opened the door to an ideology that will take your rights granted by God and protected by the constitution from you. Don't believe me?? Lets examine this a little closer.

The following are observations of JB Williams.

You can clearly align the platform with today's Democratic party with of that of Communist or Socialist agenda, but most people have never compared them. Many of the grassroots workers in the DNC are from the Communist or Socialist party. They realize that you would never vote for one of their candidates knowingly, rather they adopt the next best thing, they back the DNC candidate and they push the DNC further and further to the left.

This cuts to the bone the truth behind the Democratic/ Communist party. You would never vote or sign a petition for a Communist. But you did open the door for a far leftest to run and set for life changes You,  by signing a recall petition have accomplished one of the core goals of the Communist Party. You have allowed them to water down our voting process. By a continuous election cycle, the recall signers have set up an inevitable apathy that the Left will in time capitalize on. WELL DONE.

But wait this was about collective bargaining!!!! That isn't a Communist thing!!
Not true! Let's look at Mr. Williams writing again.


First you have to understand the basic history and ideology of the Communist party.
In short it is the union philosophy,Collective bargaining practices in everyday life.  Instead of just in the work place. The idea that all men have the same economic worth regardless of individual ambition, work habits, contributions, or choices, you will have the same result, regardless of the differences in their efforts.   

So collective bargaining is a Communist thing. Not a human right set out by some left wing UN panel. By signing a recall petition you have allowed the far left to assume you believe in their way of thinking. So you are a Communist!!

One other tactic that has been used since the 2000 election by the left is to divide us into groups. To set one against the other and to silence the freedom loving Conservative right by controlling the media.They have effectively done this with all the major networks. MSNBC with it's 12 hard left watchers and most of the radio.

So if you signed a recall petition you are a Communist.

There is still a chance for you to redeem yourself. You have a chance to vote for freedom and vote for a Republican, or for Communism by voting for a Democrat!  To put this in terms more to the point,  a vote for a Democrat is a vote against Freedom!

Wake Up Wisconsin and America.

In January of 1963 the Congress of the United Sates entered into the record the goals of the Communist party. Let’s examine them here to see how well they are doing in the last 48 years.

1. U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war.
Done under Clinton.

2. U.S. willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war.
Done under Obama

3. Develop the illusion that total disarmament [by] the United States would be a demonstration of moral strength.
Done under Obama.

4. Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war.
Done under Clinton and Obama.

5. Extension of long-term loans to Russia and Soviet satellites.
Done under Obama.

6. Provide American aid to all nations regardless of Communist domination.
Done under Clinton.

7. Grant recognition of Red China. Admission of Red China to the U.N.
Done under Carter.

8. Set up East and West Germany as separate states in spite of Khrushchev's promise in 1955 to settle the German question by free elections under supervision of the U.N.
Done under JFK in 1960, with the Berlin Wall.

9. Prolong the conferences to ban atomic tests because the United States has agreed to suspend tests as long as negotiations are in progress.

10. Allow all Soviet satellites individual representation in the U.N.

11. Promote the U.N. as the only hope for mankind. If its charter is rewritten, demand that it be set up as a one-world government with its own independent armed forces. (Some Communist leaders believe the world can be taken over as easily by the U.N. as by Moscow. Sometimes these two centers compete with each other as they are now doing in the Congo.) They are getting there. Our Defense Secretary has said that they will seek permission from the UN and then tell the US Congress what they are going to do. This stands in clear opposition to our Constitution. Art II.

12. Resist any attempt to outlaw the Communist Party.
They just became the Democratic party.

13. Do away with all loyalty oaths, including those to the Constitution.
This is why the left is ignoring them.

14. Continue giving Russia access to the U.S. Patent Office.

15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.
Done as they have captured the Democratic party. They also control all but one newspaper, all the television news media except one, and most of talk radio.

16. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.
Happens all the time. For example look at Wisconsin's voter ID law.

17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers' associations. Put the party line in textbooks.

18. Gain control of all student newspapers.
Done and they control almost all media outlets.

19. Use student riots and public protests against programs or organizations which are under Communist attack.
Did you watch the protests on our capital in Madison last year, and the Occupy everything??

20. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book review assignments, editorial writing, and policy- making positions?

21. Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and motion pictures.

22. Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all forms of artistic expression. An American Communist cell was told to "eliminate all good sculpture from parks and buildings, substitute shapeless, awkward and meaningless forms".

23. Control art critics and directors of art museums. "Our plan is to promote ugliness, repulsive, meaningless art."
Done, All of the aforementioned directors are products of the universities, where they are indoctrinated to be Democrats/Communists.
24. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them "censorship" and a violation of free speech and free press.

25. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV.

26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as "normal, natural, and healthy".

27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with "social" religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a "religious crutch."
Can you say economic justice under Obama? Also look at what Obama has forced on the church and the freedom of religion he is trying to pass.

28. Eliminate prayer or any type of religious expression in the schools, on the premise that it violates the principle of "separation of church and state".
Done and enforced under Clinton and now with a vengeance under Obama.

29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.
Done under Obama. He has appointed cabinet positions without going to congress as required by the constitution, his administration say it will not go to congress to deploy troops as directed by the constitution, the list goes on.

                                                                                                                       
30. Discredit the American founding fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the "common man".
Done. Just look at the main stream media.

31. Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history on the ground that it was only a minor part of the "big picture". Give more emphasis to Russian history since the Communists took over.
Done... just talk to your local High School kids.

32. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture: education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc.
Well again no explanation needed here. All run by indoctrinated people.

33. Eliminate all laws or procedures which interfere with the operation of the Communist apparatus.
Done. Take a look at voter ID laws or religious groups being forced to do what the government wants.

34. Eliminate the House Committee on Un-American Activities.
Done under Carter.

35. Discredit and eventually dismantle the FBI.
Not done, just disarmed.

36. Infiltrate and gain control of more unions.
This one should go without saying but I should point out that they have become so bold, that in a recent video it is stated that the teachers union needs to push Marxist teachings more. If you need more evidence, look at the attempted overthrow of an elected government in Wisconsin.

37. Infiltrate and gain control of big business.
Can you say wall street and GM? They were bailed out by the left, owned by the left, and sending money to the left.

38. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand [or treat].

Done with the department of health services, and the soon to be created, the department of health/death.

39. Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose Communist goals.
Coexist .. as long as it is our way. This one is not there yet, but soon.

40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.
Done just look at our country. We even have drive through divorce in Nevada.

41. Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks, and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.
They haven’t perfected this one yet. So they use their teachers and governmental commissars, to check your kids lunch, question your parenting and your ability to teach your kids right from wrong.

42. Create the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate aspects of the American tradition; that students and special-interest groups should rise up and use ["] united force ["] to solve economic, political or social problems.
SEIU,WEAC and AFSCME ring a bell here?? How about the “students” that served as voices of the left to overthrow an elected government in Wisconsin.

43. Overthrow all colonial governments before native populations are ready for self-government.
They missed this one.

44. Internationalize the Panama Canal.

45. Repeal the Connelly reservation so the United States cannot prevent the World Court from seizing jurisdiction over domestic problems. Give the World Court jurisdiction over nations and individuals alike.
Almost  there. The left has stated that they would like to see our soldier’s prosecuted byt the world court. Hang in there leftist’s.

So we can see that 99% is not just an arbitrary number. It is the amount of things that the Democrats/Communists have gotten done in the last 48 years. Don’t think this is true, check it out for yourself.

So wake up Wisconsin! If a recall of our elected governor is allowed to happen the communists will have won!!! This is NOT about the people.

Why does the Democratic Party hate Wisconsin’s working people?

Wisconsin had the chance to create thousands of good paying jobs in a safe, stable and long term way but the Democratic left voted against it.

So the question?? Why does the left hate the working people of Wisconsin.

Let’s look at one reason the left in Wisconsin votes against privet sector workers, they get a huge amount of money from the public sector unions that still have 29% membership in this country. Most of it conscripted membership. Unlike the privet sector that is only 6.9% of the privet workforce. (NYT) So it’s about money that they get given to them. It’s simple math. Why vote for the 6.9% when you need to protect the 29% where’s the money??

Still, what would it have harmed if they voted to allow people in the most impoverished area of the state have good jobs, how is that bad??

From almost every stand point there is nothing wrong with good jobs, except that is, for that of the Democratic Party and the left. They fear most of all the people in the most impoverished areas getting good job’s, you see that would cause them not to be dependant, not on a drug or drink, but on a check. A check from the government to keep them afloat. To illustrate this let’s look at the numbers from the area that would stand to gain the most from these jobs.

The average yearly income in Hurley WI is 14554.00 that is a gross of 1212.00 per month. That’s 231.00 above the poverty line for a single person.

If that person got a job with Gogebic he/she would make 60000.00 that is 5000.00 per month gross.  That’s 4069.00 above the poverty line for a single person. That is a lot of stimulus!!

But now that is all gone. The Democrats and left have again stood on the side of misery and voted down a chance for the good hard working people of Northern Wisconsin to have their piece of the American dream. I can only hope they remember when the day comes for them to vote that they cast a vote for freedom and not for misery a vote for a Democrat is clearly a vote for misery.

Time for real change!!
